  • The initial examination is about 1 hour and includes history, evaluation, explanation of findings, and first manual therapy treatment if necessary: $100

  • Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes long and sold in packages of ten or twenty.

  • High Flight Gymnasts and CrossFit clients contact Dr. Duvall for special rates.

After scheduling an appointment, be sure to print off your intake form and bring it with you to the appointment.
